D-Link said the unit is also able to back up data to the Amazon S3 cloud service, and is compatible with Apple's Time Machine local backup for OS X. The unit also supports iTunes Server, and includes a peer-to-peer download engine and streaming to media players, like the Boxee Box.
The DNS-320L is available for $149.99 without hard drives, the company said.

Pricing for NovaBACKUP products start at $49.95, according to the company's website.
